CEO
Christina began her career in the salon industry in 1997 and has spent nearly three decades refining her craft, mentoring stylists, and elevating the client experience. As Co-CEO of The BBS Group, she leads the creative vision, education, and service standards that define the brand’s signature blend of luxury and approachability. Her passion for beauty and leadership continues to shape the culture and growth of every salon under the BBS name.
Megan
Manager
Megan is the heart behind the day-to-day as our Salon Manager. A proud mom of two, she balances leadership and family life with so much grace (and a little cheetah print flair). She loves traveling with her family and creating memories outside the salon just as much as she loves keeping everything running smoothly inside it. Megan leads with care, organization, and a big-picture mindset — always making sure the team feels supported and the guest experience stays top tier.
Maria
Marketing/Operations
Maria graduated with a degree in Marketing in 2024 and brings both creativity and strategy to her role in Marketing & Operations at The BBS Collective. She loves the beauty industry because she’s seen firsthand how hair can truly change someone’s confidence — and even their life. She’s passionate about building the brand behind the scenes while supporting the day-to-day flow that keeps everything running smoothly. Maria is Venezuelan, proudly bilingual, and always happy to connect — if you see her, say hi! When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her sheepadoodle, Cheerio, and of course, chatting it up — because she definitely loves a good conversation.
Isa
Marketing/Operations
Isa is the creative and technical force behind Marketing & Operations at The BBS Collective. Having worked behind the chair before transitioning into the technical side of the industry, she understands both perspectives — the artistry and the systems that keep everything flowing. You’ve probably seen her popping in asking you to jump into a quick video! From filming to strategy to making sure the behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly, Isa helps connect the vision to execution every single day.
Rocio
Guest Happiness Team
Rocio is a proud mom of three and a valued part of our Guest Happiness Team, making sure every client experience flows seamlessly from the moment you walk in. She’s been with us for four years and truly loves what she does — especially the people. For her, it’s all about helping guests feel happy and beautiful and being surrounded by a team she genuinely loves. She’s a big country music fan (but also our resident Swiftie when it comes to Taylor Swift), makes an amazing espresso martini, and has a full house at home with four dogs and cats plus four fish. Rocio brings warmth, fun energy, and a whole lot of heart to the salon every single day.
